Island Club 152, 2 bedrooms, Lagoon View, Large Pool, Tennis description
This beautiful second floor, 2 bedroom and 2 full bath villa has been renovated and is truly adorable. This end unit villa offers wonderful views of the lagoon with fountain, as well as a glimpse of the large community pool. The private balcony is a little slice of heaven directly overlooking the lagoon. There are four bright red and white chairs and a small table on the balcony for your comfort. The oceanfront resort of Island Club is just off Folly Field Road and has tons of amenities such as a large pool, free tennis, racquetball and children’s playground, just to name a few. With less than a 5 minute walk, getting to the beach is easy!
The living room and dining area are combined and there are sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. There’s a nautical feel to the living room and bright touches of red throughout. The couch is a creamy off white and has blue accents; there are two rattan chairs in the room as well. A modern 40” flat screen TV with DVD player is here for all your favorite channels and DVD’s. Nautical lamps and accessories make this a very pleasant villa for your vacation.
Located off the hall is a gorgeous full bath completely remodeled in today’s earth tones with pebble stone flooring in the shower and beautiful tile everywhere else. The remodeled kitchen is across from the hall bath and is a galley style kitchen with white appliances and white cabinets, lovely countertops with space for lunch, including 2 bar stools. A stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen as well.
The master King bedroom is located just steps inside the villa and has beautiful bedding and a white iron bed, armoire with 24” flat screen TV, side tables and a comfy chair for reading. The full bath attached to this room has a single sink and a tub/shower. The twin room down the hall and just off the living room has a nautical motif done in cream and blues with two great herons looking down at you from the pictures above the beds. There is a ceiling fan in this room and an armoire for your clothes. This room also has a view of the pond and fountain.
The dining area seats 4 comfortably with wicker and rattan furniture and bright cushions. A pretty sideboard gives the room interest and ties the dining area in with the living space.
This villa is perfect for the smaller family who wants to be near the ocean and have amenities galore to enjoy!
