A stunning, front line 7 bedroom family villa
with stylish interior and modern finish in Es Cubells. Dream away the
days with amazing views over the Mediterranean. This uber cool villa has
a large flat grass lawn with a 13m x7m pool and a trampoline for the
kids. The outdoor dining area, sun deck for afternoon chilling and a
private gym make it the ideal location to enjoy those long summer days
in Ibiza. The villa has private access to the sea which makes - a great
pick up spot for a boat trip to Formentera.
The UK owners restyled this property less than a year ago and created
a sophisticated home with large bright communal areas and modern
finishes. The villa is fully managed and has cleaning included on a
daily basis.
Es Cubells makes a great choice for a coastline villa. Pop down the
road to dine at the famous restaurant Ses Boques and enjoy their
stunning fresh fish dishes accompanied by a choice of fine wine,
followed by the renowned cheese cake. Nearby popular beaches are Cala
d'Hort where the infamous restaurant Es Boldado is located or pop down
to Porroig beach for a dip in the clear blue water.
The layout of this villa
suits families with children or groups. There are 4 bedrooms in the main
house, with the master bedroom located on the first floor, covering the
full length of the main house. It includes a own private terrace and
living room. 3 bedrooms are in a separate building, of which two are
inter-connected.
Main house
Large bright living room with glass doors leading to the terrace and pool area.
Large kitchen and separate laundry room. The kitchen has a separate
entrance from the side of the house, perfect for a personal chef or
house maid.
Ground floor: 3 en-suite double bedrooms. One of these has a bunkbed.
First floor: The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the
first floor covering the full length of the house. It has a large,
private terrace and living room, with TV and DVD-player. This spacious
room includes an open walk in closet followed by a 50m² bathroom with
shower and bathtub.
External building - located 15 metres behind the main house
A 3 further bedrooms are located with independent entrance at the rear of the villa. All three are en-suite.
Two of the bedrooms are interconnected with a sliding door, only lockable from one side.
A gym is located in this building between two of the rooms - a great modern space and inspiring for a workout.
