Welcome to Hunker Down! This charming 3BR/3BA home, located in the prestigious Frangista Beach community, sits directly behind the community pool and bathhouse and is only a short stroll to the beach.
Hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and professionally decorated furnishings await when you stay in this charming 2-story cottage. An open living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen greet you on the first floor. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations and a 50-inch flat screen HDTV with Blu Ray player will entertain your whole family.
Two bedrooms with private baths are conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs the luxurious master suite is furnished with a king bed with an additional queen sleeper sofa, a 45-inch flat screen TV and features a private master bath.
A picturesque white picket fence surrounds the property and the home features an expansive screened porch as well as a garden area with seating and a grill for preparing meals outdoors.

This home can accommodate up to three vehicles. All vehicles must fit in the paved driveway. Parking in unauthorized areas may result in your car being towed without warning.
