Welcome to the Hollywood Penthouse Estate, a brand new 16,000 square foot all-glass contemporary home with city views and luxury amenities!
The perfect place to entertain a large group of friends or an extended family, this estate has everything you and your guests could ask for, you may never want to leave.
The huge outdoor patio was built for entertaining with an 80 foot long pool, deck, and 3 grassy yards all suspended into the city view.
Hollywood is carved into the modern stonework of the pool and patio below an elevated Jacuzzi spa.
A row of daybeds face the city for the best sunbathing spot in town. Colorful lights fill the space when the sun goes down for swanky evening and night time affairs. A covered patio includes an outdoor kitchen and bar and lots of plush seating.
Entering inside the estate, a huge open concept entertaining and living space welcomes you. A row of plush leather recliners face 180 degrees of glass, and open to a balcony overlooking the canyon.
A 20-person dining table sits in the middle of the space, perfect for everyone in your party to gather together. Next to it sits a chef's kitchen with a huge island and breakfast bar.
Skylights with color-changing lights bring modern accents throughout the space, and a floating glass staircase and elevator were built to wow.
The entertainment options are endless in this grand estate! Before or after dinner, your guests can enjoy the movie theater with a 160-inch screen, an 80 foot long disco with bar, lights and a sound system, a fully equipped gym, and a game room with a pool table and ping pong.
There's even an office with two desks, for when work calls. Plus 3 bars are located conveniently throughout the space, so it's always easy to move the party around.
7 bedrooms total in the main house all include king-size beds, luxury linens, and flat-screen mounted TVs.

A guest house includes an additional 3 bedrooms and is also available to rent for an additional feel the price for this is negotiable but is not included in the Estate price.
