Hermosa Heights 46 description
The Hermosa Heights #46 is a comfortable, open space home whose interior design takes its inspiration from a fusion of influences with sophisticated taste. The open space kitchen-living-dining area is characterized by floor to ceiling windows and the high ceilings. The designer had a passion for mixing and matching original pieces of furniture selected from urban living interior stores. There is also a back drop stone wall to accentuate the dining room area.
The one level three bedroom home features modern interiors which match its contemporary colonial exterior. Every room in the house has a 360º panoramic ocean view. One master bedroom with king bed and two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms include natural almond wood floors and also walk out sliding doors to pool terrace with ocean view. A living room, one guest bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen in stainless steel and granite counter tops, marble throughout the house, and a fabulous outdoor living with one large long terrace, a big grilling area, a 60 ft inifinity edge pool with travertine tile, and a jacuzzi with ocean view.
Just a short walk from the beach at Playa Hermosa, HH46, located in the gated, guarded community of Hermosa Heights, which has everything to make your vacation extraordinary.
