Past guests call this 3BR/2BA home a “slice of heaven.” Beautifully detailed workmanship and materials combine with comfortably elegant furnishings and thoughtful appointments to create an inviting alpine retreat. The property’s open location showcases the expansive mountain views, including a peek of the slopes of Heavenly Resort!
After a day on the mountain or a brisk swim in the lake, warm up with a soak in the private hot tub or in front of either of the home’s two fireplaces.
Pure relaxation awaits at this mountain paradise. Just enjoy the clean mountain air and tall Jeffrey Pines rising around the house. Welcome to Heavenly Vista!
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Every room has a unique Tahoe flair, with rustic cabin-style design, ski-inspired decor, and tasteful craftsman wood furnishings throughout.
The cozy living room has plush seating for six around the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. A modern kitchen features a gas stove, new stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four, while a handsome dining room seats six at a wooden table with mountain motif chairs.
Accommodating nine guests total, all three luxury bedrooms feature log furniture and new mattresses. A truly memorable master suite is located on the private second floor and offers unrivaled relaxation with a king-size bed, fireplace, and jetted tub.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and TV, while the third offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. Both rooms share a large bathroom with a custom tile walk-in shower.
Please note that the bunk beds are not height or weight rated for adults. These beds are best if used by children.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy abundant opportunities to relax at your private homestead, which includes horseshoes, a dedicated badminton court, and two full sets of nice patio furniture as well as a balcony table and chairs and an old-fashioned picnic table. Or head out the front door to endless adventures only moments away! Situated between the Bijou Golf Course and the trails of Heavenly, you are just minutes from the lake.
Discover great local restaurants and pubs, like Base Camp Pizza, which serves up gourmet pizzas and craft beer. Flirt with Lady Luck at the casinos that never sleep, barely 5 minutes away at Stateline. The Brewery (with gourmet pizza and homemade brews) is right down the road (about a half-mile), and both Heidi's and Red Hut are also close by.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM; violations will result in immediate fine! WARNING: This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large groups. City of SLT License #005388.
