Hacienda Del Mar is a magnificent fully staffed villa located on
Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras. From the moment you walk into this
luxury villa, you will notice the great attention to detail that awaits
you at every turn. Located in an area of the Mayan Riviera known for

The pristine swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean just a

reclining. The staff of Hacienda del Mar will cater to your requests,
and daily housekeeping is included. From the villa, you can access a
staircase right onto the palm-fringed white sands of Fatima Bay. The
snorkeling is fantastic. You will see brightly colored fish and, if you
are lucky, maybe a sea turtle! Use of sea kayaks is complimentary. A gas
grill sets the tone for lovely alfresco dining. Indoors, you will find
satellite TV, a game room, a billiards table, ping pong, Wi-Fi access
and three different video game consoles.
Hacienda del Mar has been decorated with charming curios, cacti and
artwork that all inspire an authentic Mexican ambience. As you walk
through the living and dining areas with modern furnishings, you will be
mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you. The house is a
masterpiece, with original hacienda features. The gourmet kitchen comes
fully equipped. A myriad of colors combine and contrast to create a

At Hacienda Del Mar, seven bedrooms are located in the main house and
eight are in the ‘casitas.’ Upstairs in the main house, there are three
fabulous oceanfront suites with access to a huge terrace that stretches
the entire length of the property. The bedrooms are modern and stylish
and provide top quality beddings for your comfort.
Hacienda Del Mar is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras,
which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery,
international restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques. A golf course,
tennis facilities and skate board park are also nearby. Puerto Aventuras
is conveniently located close to many places of interest, including
Mayan ruins, caves and eco parks. Whether you are in Mexico for diving
