Gulf Winds East Condo in Miramar Beach description
A beachfront gazebo overlooking sugar white sands is just one of many amenities at this 2BR, 2.5BA Miramar Beach condo (sleeps 4) in the Gulf Winds East complex across from the beach. It’s an easy stroll to restaurants and shops, with a pool and free parking to boot!
INSIDE THE CONDO
At the heart of the complex is the large pool, with sun loungers aplenty. You have your own reserved parking spot near this ground-floor unit.
Inside your condo, a tiled living area has seating for 6, plus a 56” flat screen TV and DVD player. Prep a drink at the wet bar, or pour your favorite chilled wine from the wine fridge.
A dining table has seating for 6, with a half bath off the living area. This area is also home to the washer and dryer, so you can keep your bathing suits clean!
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances and stocked cupboards, and the open space has glass sliding doors to a private patio with wicker seating.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, both with their own en-suite baths! The first bedroom has 2 twin beds with matching striped comforters and a 37” TV. There’s a balcony at the front and the en-suite bath has a shower/tub combo.
Across the hall is the master bedroom, with a queen bed and a huge 64” TV concealed within a large closet. This room also has a private en-suite bathroom, this one with a glass walk in shower and single vanity.

Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina is 4.5 miles, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf is worth the 6-mile drive to discover outdoor festivals, nightlife and award winning restaurants.
Come and soak in the pool or take a stroll along the beach; this comfortable condo offers a classic beachside vacation experience.
