Green tropical foliage edged with the sapphire rim of the sea creates a
peaceful atmosphere. This is a space to relax with a book or glass of

and groups of friends, it’s perfect for honeymoon couples. It has an
intimate and romantic feel.
The clean modern design of the house perfectly blends the open plan
interior onto the generous outdoor spaces filled with dining and
lounging spaces. Travertine tiles visually connect the spaces. Elegant,
inviting designer furniture, used inside and outside, has a Euro style
in soothing taupe, off white and grey with touches of vibrant color. The
interior spaces have ample seating for enjoying the entertainment
features of the house as well as indoor dining. A well-appointed kitchen
pairs beautifully with the flow of the house. In deep aubergine, steel
and grey granite, the kitchen opens to both the exterior and interior
spaces connecting the chef with the guests. Covered, multilevel terraces
create opportunities to change the scene. On the main level is the
large fiber optic pool which delights with ever changing colors at
night. Or perhaps enjoy the outdoor pool table for a bit of sport. For
really spectacular views, head up to the roof top living space for a

Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg’s shopping haven.
