The villa is newly remodeled modern style 4-bedroom villa located on the first hole of the world renowned Teeth of the Dog golf course in Casa de Campo on the gorgeous southern coast of the Dominican Republic. The view of the emerald Caribbean Sea, professional interior design, and tranquility of the resort make for an idyllic setting for your next vacation in paradise.
The villa is situated centrally in the resort, within walking distance of the hotel, public pool, gym, and family fun center. The beach can be reached by a short ride on the golf cart.
The villa is located about 200 yards from the clubhouse of Teeth of the Dog, 100 yards from the driving range and first tee. So this is the ideal location for golfers.
The villa has an outdoor pool as well as a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Three bedrooms have 2 full size beds each, and the master has a king-size bed with a view overlooking the golf course and ocean. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom on the main floor. The second floor has a reading / TV room with an extended balcony also overlooking the golf course and beautiful Caribbean Sea. The house can be fully closed and air-conditioned, with air-conditioners in all rooms, including the living room and dining room.
Your rental includes a maid who also doubles as a cook if you would like her to prepare your meals. Her normal schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and she is available (for an extra fee) to stay and cook dinner on the nights that you request. Also included is an electric four-person golf cart.
Once you book our villa you will be put in contact with our private villa concierge, who will help you plan your entire stay. He will help you plan your airport transfer, if you want a chef, he will help you book one and plan your menu. He will also help you book tee-times, excursions, yacht charters, fishing charters, and much more.
