This colorful bi-level home is located in the community of Frangista Beach with close proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment along Scenic Highway 98, and is just steps away from gorgeous white sand beaches.
The living room features comfortable seating on plush couches, a cable-equipped flatscreen television and DVD player, and a beautiful wood coffee table that’s perfect for resting a morning cup of coffee.
The adjacent kitchen is well-stocked with everything the chef in your group needs to cook up a fantastic feast. Modern stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator make cooking easy. Plus, there’s plenty of counter space for which to lay out your meal's ingredients.
A nice wooden table with eight chairs provides mealtime seating for your whole group and is located adjacent to the kitchen. If that’s not enough seating, feel free to use the additional four stools that sit at the kitchen counter.
The home features a fenced-in backyard with a small pool, tiled patio, tables with outdoor seating, and plenty of lounge chairs to recline in and sunbathe. A larger community pool is also available not far from your front door.
Five bedrooms offer space for up to 14 guests to sleep comfortably. Two rooms, including the master suite, contain king-size beds; two more have queen-size beds, and a fifth room contains two twin bed sets. The bedrooms contain all the comfortable furnishings of home: wood dressers, nightstands, reading lamps, picture windows, and flatscreen televisions in a few of the rooms.
A washer/dryer is provided in the home, as is WiFi.
