FT-29 Flamingo Towers description
Watch brilliant sunsets from the large sliding glass doors in kitchen/living area, or from the incredibly large outside balcony, which comes complete with fabulous outdoor lounge furniture. There is plenty of room to dine outside while listening to the waves, watching the whales, and enjoying expansive views of Flamingo Beach, Brasilito Beach, Conchal Beach, and Potrero Beach. Traveling with a larger group? No problem! We manage 9 condos at Flamingo, more than any other property manager in the area, and are happy to help you.
This unit has been professionally decorated, and is one of the few three-bedroom condos available in the development. The condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; a bright, open layout where the kitchen opens into the main breakfast bar and living area; a separate dining area with a gorgeous custom made 6-person dining table; a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed; and a third bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined to create one large bed).

This membership includes a variety of discounts (50% off rental of equipment, boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, Happy Hour specials, and more!). The Costa Rica Sailing Center is a popular hub of activity for vacationers and locals alike. The Flamingo Towers development offers two large and beautiful pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security with on-site guards, a covered parking garage with one parking space per unit, and two fully functioning elevators. The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there is an abundance of beachside restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing.
