FT-20 Costafalo’s Escape description

This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located in the Flamingo Tower Development and offers amazing ocean views of the Pacific Ocean and stunning sunsets right from your balcony! From the main living area, large balcony, and master bedroom, one can see dramatic sunsets, exotic islands, and the waves crashing on as many as five beaches.
This condo’s kitchen comes equipped with a breakfast bar, stovetop with oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, and all of the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens up beautifully into the main living area. Gorgeous full-length sliding glass doors open to reveal the expansive balcony, complete with an 6-person dining table and gorgeous chaises and lounge chairs.
The master bedroom can also be accessed from the large balcony via sliding glass doors and features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and fantastic views of the ocean. Enjoy breakfast in bed while viewing the Pacific Ocean and whale watching! The en-suite master bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
The second bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and spacious closets for all of the luggage you may have.
The third bedroom contains a trundle bed that can be easily be pulled out for an extra person (call ahead so that we can prepare the bed to your liking).
The Flamingo Towers development offers two large and beautiful pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security with on-site guards, a covered parking garage with one parking space per unit, and two fully functioning elevators. The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there are plenty of beachside restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. This condo is also a short 5-minute drive to the popular grocery store Super Massai and medical, dental, and pharmacy services.
