Helios description
Helios is located in Pointe Milou, close to the Christopher Hotel.
Thoughtfully laid-out and furnished, this villa makes comfortable, convenient living feel luxurious. The look of this vacation property is effortless contemporary style, with just a few strategic deployments of eye-popping color: a print of crimson flowers over the headboard in one of the bedrooms, a wall of closet doors lacquered in red, striped chairs around the dining table. The layout makes it work well for groups of adult family or friends traveling together, as the three bedrooms are roughly equal in size, and equally well turned out with modern furnishings
A manageable, human scale ensures that everything you need is easily accessible and island life is simple—especially with concierge available to take care of everything from prestocking your kitchen to making appointments for private, in-house massages. This villa is also a very short walk away from the Christopher Hotel, a great option for lunch or dinner, as well as the home of a Sisley spa that’s among the best on the island.
Entering the villa, you find yourself in an elegant, inviting living room with a large wraparound sofa and a dining table that comfortably seats six. An entire wall of sliding glass doors can be opened to let in the sea breezes from the wide-plank terrace, which itself wraps around the property and contains a breakfast table under an umbrella, a small swimming pool and sunbeds. Off to one side is the master bedroom, with a platform bed, eye-catching red armchairs and closet doors, a bathroom tucked behind a curved wall, a shower with a sea view, and more sliding glass doors to reveal the terrace and a vista of the Caribbean glimmering below. The compact kitchen is sleek and efficient.
A spiral staircase leads down to two more good-size bedrooms, each with a platform bed, colorful armchairs, spacious bathroom and glass doors onto another terrace. One of the bathrooms also has a view of the garden from its shower.
Each of the bedrooms is an artful place to retreat to, but a vacation in this villa is more about relaxation and conversation in the shared areas upstairs, reclining on the couches or reposing outdoors.
