BRAND NEW FOR 2016 SEASON!! Exotic View Villa is a two-bedroom villa located on St. John's south shore surrounded by emerald green gardens filled with tropical flowers, fruits and fauna. Stunning sunsets and vistas of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas and the Caribbean Sea are blissful telltales that you are amidst St. John's inspiring natural beauty.
This villa's main level flows beautifully-the great room features an entertainment center with a flat-screen television, CDs and DVD movies to watch, as well as books and games for family fun. The custom gourmet kitchen with its granite counters and stainless appliances is a chef's delight! Two spacious air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites are dressed with blinds, should you wish to sleep late in the mornings. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath with sparkling double vessel sinks, tile showers and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have flat-screen cable TV with a DVD player.
