This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beachfront home has it all: Living room with souring 25 ft ceilings and expansive windows leading to unobstructed ocean views. The large Infinity edge pool blends directly onto the Caribbean Sea. The chef's kitchen boasts top of the line stainless appliances, 6-burner gas stove with griddle, two dishwashers, massive center island (seats 4), two microwaves, steam oven, plumbed Miele coffee center and gadgets galore! The third floor game room is equipped with a 65" 3-D plasma TV, air hockey table, Wii (bring your own games), pool table, ping pong table and chess/backgammon game table. There is an additional TV and Wii in the first-floor playroom along with board games, toys for the little ones and a queen sofa bed for overflow guests if necessary.
The Master Bedroom has ocean views, a terrace and a huge en suite with double sinks and soaking tub. Sleeping quarters include two additional en suite guest rooms, one with King Bed and one with Queen bed as well as two additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each that share a jack-and-jill bath with double sinks. There are two clothes washers and dryers, one upstairs and one downstairs for added convenience.
The beach area includes two hammocks and a beach side patio with a dining table that seats 8. The cabana at the end of the dock holds a dining table for 4. Pool patio includes 8 chaise lounges, sitting area for 7 people and another dining table for eight. The Outdoor Kitchen includes both gas and charcoal grills plus prep sink. There is a bathroom accessible to pool area without having to walk through the house when wet, as well as two outdoor showers to ensure a sand free interior!
There are 4 paddle boards and a two-seater kayak for renter's use, as well as pool toys and a badminton net, paddles & birdies.
The house is walking distance to the the Tennis, Squash and Rugby Clubs and by car only 10 minutes drive to George Town, 12 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to Seven Mile Beach area and 45 minutes to Rum Point.
