Recently renovated 1 bedroom located in a great Queens neighborhood! The apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with all the basics for cooking and enjoying a night/day in. A small balcony is attached for a great cup of coffee or checking out the city life outside!
The bedroom is spacious with a comfy king size bed, and there is a queen size pull out couch for an additional 2 guests. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and stand up shower in one.
It is comfortable and clean with all the basics you will need for an enjoyable stay!

Want to check out the most famous part of the city? Times Square is an 18 minute subway ride. Don't forget to visit the top of the Empire State building near Herald Square.
New York City is home to two of the best teams in Baseball, the Mets and Yankees! Both Yankee stadium and Citi Field are just under 40 minutes on the subway. Relax and take in an afternoon ball game.
Head to downtown and visit Little Italy, China Town and the World Trade Center, all a 30 minute subway ride from our studio. The World Trade Center Observatory is now open and provides breathtaking panoramic views.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the Broadway N/W subway stop at Broadway and 31st St. The trip into Manhattan takes about 12 minutes. Both the W and the N offer direct service to Times Square, Herald Square, Union Square, NYU, SoHo and the financial district.
