Each Coral Cay Villa is approximately 2,000
square feet and has four bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms.
One also has two studio apartments, ideal for a bunch of young children
who want to room together.

Every Coral Cay Villas has its own cook and
housekeeper. The cooks enjoy helping the guests to plan menus, do all
the shopping and prepare meals to perfection. Meals are served as per
the guests’ preference, in the Jamaica villa, the gardens, at the
poolside or seaside. Full housekeeping service is provided and the
gardener maintains the beautiful grounds.

Coral Cay requires at least one villa to be rented to host a wedding on property.
A 3 night minimum also required
$1,650 site fee (includes 10% GCT)

NEW ROOM TAX:
$1 per night room tax applies to all bookings since January 2013 onwards. This will be added onto your invoice.
