Colle dell Asinello is located in Umbria, Italy. Positioned in a large private panoramic park where deer, goats, and donkeys live in harmony with fragrant plants and ancient trees.
The property is located approximately 2 km from the small village of Guardea and a few km from cities such as Orvieto, Todi and Amelia. The villa accommodates up to 14 people in elegant rooms. The over 500 square meter villa has ample space for relaxation. A large living room with an impressive stone arch where you can lounge on the sofa with TV, Internet wi-fi, and hi-fi system.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an autonomous vacation, with a stove, oven, large fridge, pantry, dishwasher, coffee maker.
Colle dell Asinello has five bedrooms, each one different from the others, and decorated with attention to detail using furniture and furnishings of excellent craftsmanship. Each room has its own private bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the suite is upstairs and has a private hot-tub bath with panoramic views of the countryside below.
Each of the villas common areas are bright, with great attention to detail and finished with natural elements like wood and local stone. In addition to rooms there is a spacious living room/studio with bathroom and sofa bed, a great room with a large and typical stone arch that separates it from the dining area. The great room has a conversation area where you can relax, listen to music and entertain. In this warm environment there is also a comfortable bar area.
