CASTLE ON THE BEACH, a stately Gulf-front vacation rental, is not only the quintessential vacation home, it offers the perfect backdrop for a large family portrait, as well! The spacious 7 bedroom 6.5 bath, multi-level floor plan sleeps 35 comfortably, and offers spectacular Gulf views from every floor. A wall of glass doors and windows line the second story main living and dining area, giving way to an expansive view of sugar white sand and emerald green water, even a rainy day can't spoil the splendor! The living room has a relaxed feel with high ceilings, comfy furnishings and 55" flat screen television, making it the perfect gathering spot when you're ready to unwind indoors. The airy kitchen is attractive and functional for entertaining; a professional-size refrigerator, detached ice maker, dual ovens and a restaurant-grade cooler makes preparing meals for a crowd a not-so-daunting task. The dining area seats 12 comfortably at either the large glass top table or neighboring granite countertop bar. An extra capacity front-loading washer and dryer is available in the adjacent laundry room, where there is added counter space and storage there as well. Just off the large living area, the beautiful master suite has additional views of the Gulf and access to the porch, a king-size bed, a second 55" plasma television, and an office nook for those times when life is too busy to power down. The attached private bathroom has a large walk-in shower, dual vanities and an extra deep whirlpool tub. Upstairs are five additional bedrooms, four with king beds and private bathrooms, and three with balcony access and more Gulf views. Centrally located is the fifth bedroom which is nothing short of a young person's ultimate retreat! This room sleeps 14 and has a 50" television for gaming. What better place is there to be a kid! From the garage, you have access to the ground-level deck, boardwalk and outdoor shower. This area is perfect for dropping off sandy beach chairs and toys, and there is an extra washer and dryer so that those wet beach towels never make it to places they shouldn't. If that isn't enough, the garage houses a restaurant-grade ice machine and glass-front cooler. What better or more convenient way to hit the beach? Rather than dragging heavy coolers, you can bring a book instead! If you want to take a break from the beach, enjoy freshwater fishing in the neighborhood lake! Just outside the neighborhood activities and amenities abound! Located in the Gulf Pines gated community near Destin, Florida. Minutes from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and Harborwalk Village in Destin. Close to shopping, watersport rentals, family activities, and nightlife.

Beach service, 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas, is included with all reservations. Additional service can be purchased through Frangista Beach Properties. Service not provided for monthly rentals.
