Cassidy Ridge a103 description
Step into Cassidy Ridge A103 and guests are immediately amazed by the sight before them floor to ceiling windows taking up the expanse of the living room with breathtaking views of the San Sophia Ridgeline and Telluride Ski Resort, as well as incredible detail work including venetian plaster and a whole house control system for lighting and music!
Tile floors line the entry, followed by custom hand-hewn hardwood that stretches through the rest of this top floor. The kitchen, to the right, is immaculate with its soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances from Viking, Bosch, and Kitchen Aid, including wine refrigerator, dual ovens and a 6-burner stove. A nicely sized powder room with marble floors and countertop is attached here as well. In the center of the living area is a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, adjacent to the home's wet bar with granite countertops and an additional wine fridge that makes entertaining an absolute breeze! Off the far side of this room is a great patio area too with the same stellar views of the San Sophia Ridgeline.
Take the stairs to the next level below and find the first Master Bedroom that has large picture windows overlooking Sneffels Highline to the right. The room is complete with wood detailed ceiling and fan, gas fireplace and en suite bathroom, which includes a bubbles Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, dual basin vanities, granite countertops and marble floors. Directly across the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub combination and marble countertops that serves a flex area down the hall. This space has the same breathtaking views enjoyed by the rest of the house, as well as a walkout patio to enjoy an evening spent gazing at the stars.
From here, head down the final set of stairs to the home's lowest level. To the right guests will find a complete laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer from Maxima, as well as granite countertops for a great workspace. Beyond this room to the left is the first guest bedroom with ceiling fan, and beautiful views of Sneffels Highline. To the right of this room is another bedroom with a ceiling fan, large closet, as well as the same wonderful views of Sneffels. These two bedrooms share a bathroom across the hall, which has granite countertops, marble floors and a shower/tub combination. A small off shoot of the hallway with access to the outside for great hiking trails and ski access via short connecting trail to the Village By Pass Ski Run across the street, separates these guest rooms from the second master bedroom. This master bedroom is an exact duplicate of the upper level's master, with the same extraordinary details, including the ceiling fan, fireplace, unbelievable views and fantastic en suite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms in this home has carpet floors for the ultimate in comfort and warmth.
