Located in a very prestigious neighborhood on a large lot above the 10th hole of La Romana Golf and Country Club, amidst the serenity of a professionally landscaped tropical garden, this spacious, elegant and yet relaxed two-story villa (10,000 sq. ft. / 1000 m2 of construction) offers magnificent views of the ocean and golf course and always a gentle breeze.
Casa Estrella features 5 bedrooms – all with in suite bathrooms, all with split a/c, fan, flat screen TV, safe, and window screens. The villa has 2 master suites with king size beds and private balcony. One of the master bedrooms also has a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large adjacent study.
Wireless internet is, of course, included throughout the villa.
Guests can enjoy the open, covered terrace on the 2nd floor which offers perfect tranquility and beautiful views.
The formal rooms, living room, TV/sitting room and dining room have large doors, which are designed to open at daytime to the surrounding coral stone terrace that leads to a large deck with a swimming pool designed by an award-winning design team. The swimming pool has a waterfall splashing into the turquoise waters. The outdoor area also includes a beautiful gazebo, BBQ area and sound system.
Casa Estrella is run by a trained (live-in) staff catering to your every need. The staff includes 3 persons at all times: A butler, a waiter/gardener and a maid/cook. Breakfast and lunch can be prepared in the villa by the cook or you also have the possibility to hire a chef to prepare all meals (groceries are not included).
The villa and surrounding gardens are professionally illuminated at night and look absolutely enchanting. The wide tropical sky gave Casa Estrellas its name “House of the Stars”.
As a guest of Casa Estrellas, you have access to all the amenities of Casa de campo resort, including the famous Minitas Beach Club.
Your English-speaking villa concierge will also visit you on a daily basis and assist you with anything you might want to do regarding excursions & tours, golf, etc. We are here at your service!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Basic rate does NOT include the Casa de Campo resort fee that is to be paid on arrival at the resort:
