Luxurious house with excellent location in the San Diego neighborhood in the historic
center of Cartagena de Indias. An elegant, colonial, comfortable and cozy to relax and
dream surrounded by walls with history property.
At the time of the Colony San Diego was a popular neighborhood with a series of
reservoirs or wells where rains to water gardens or wash clothes waters were collected.
At the start of intervention in this building was badly damaged, there were found four of
these wells and a storage tank and decided to keep two as well as all those walls and
ceilings that could be restored.
The other element that determines the warmth of the environment and maintains the
colonial style, are the walls: in the old part of the walls were restored, exposing coral
stone and brick that made every stage of the house.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably accommodated in five rooms
with the latest amenities. All with air conditioning, fan, safe, cable TV, private bathroom,

space.

Beside the pool is a large dining table and a nice lounge with loungers to enjoy relaxation
after a refreshing swim or sunbathe.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with queen size bed, private bath, cable TV, fan, air
conditioning and safe.
