This charming historic 7 bedroom house is perfect
for large groups and families. Located on the beach with a private
pool as well as a peaceful garden area. The house comes equipped with
its own staff as well as a cook to meet all of your needs.
This historic 5,000 sq ft house is located in the most exclusive part of
Bocagrande directly on the beach. It truly is a one of a kind house,
with amazing original art hanging from every wall as well as gorgeous
antique furniture in nearly every room. When you enter the complex you
immediately see the massive pool in the front of you with a walkway
across it. The first of the 5 bedrooms is located at the base of the
pool and actually has multiple windows that look directly underwater
into the pool. Once you enter the main house you can see how massive
the property actually is. The walls are lined with original art and
each part of the house has been decorated uniquely. The master bedroom
had a large plasma tv as well as a very large bathroom and walk in
closet. It also has a private balcony that looks out onto the pool and
the beach. Bedroom 3 and 4 both contain queen beds with there own
bathrooms and Bedroom 5 contains 1 queen bed and 1 twin. In the
downstairs area there are multiple lounge areas with different themes as
well as a formal dining room table. The kitchen is very spacious and
has everything you will need to cook or have a meal prepared for you by
one of our amazing staff members. Beyond the kitchen is the large
courtyard and garden with a few tables and a lot of greenery, which
makes for a relaxing place to read a book or just take in some sun.
Guests will have direct access to the beach as well as wifi throughout
the compound and cable TV. The private pool is very large and there's
also a area to lay out and even BBQ.
