Caribbean Sun is a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom ocean view
condo located just steps from the Simpson Bay Beach on Dutch, ST
Maarten. It is part of the “Palm Beach” complex, which offers in total
24 units built around the spacious pool area in the middle . The Simpson
Bay Beach with it’s white sands and crystal clear waters, know as one
of St. Maarten finest beaches, can be seen from the balcony of Caribbean
Sun.

beach getaway. The condo is located on the first floor (stairs) and is
nicely furnished and features two king size bedrooms with en-suite
bathrooms. The kitchen area is appointed with stainless steel
appliances and has a breakfast bar with bar stools. The living area
with it’s tall glass sliding door opens up to a covered terrace
overlooking the pool and ocean.
The pool area is spacious and
offers plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Just steps from
the pool area is the sandy beach and warm ocean. There is an outdoor
shower to rise off after you come back from the ocean and lower faucet
to rise your sandy feet.

Two Bedroom with king size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.
There is one bedroom located on the living room/kitchen level and it
has a private balcony overlooking the back of this unit. The other
bedroom is a loft style bedroom reachable by a staircase from the living
room. This bedroom also offers a small sitting area overlooking the
ocean and pool area in front.
Both bedrooms do have en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen features a breakfast bar with bar stools. It is equipped
with deluxe stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full supply of china,
glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.
The open floor plan living area offers comfortable seating around the
internet TV. The tall glass sliding doors open up to a covered deck with
an outside dining option overlooking the pool and ocean.
