A nicely appointed 4 bedroom,3 bath home with sparkling heated pool and spa, located in a community within walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields in Indio; host to the Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach Music Festival. Local grocery stores and coffee shops are only a short walk away and make for a convenient location to grab any last minute items you need to enjoy this great home.
The home consists of 4 bedrooms, all located upstairs. The master suite features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, 47" TV, and sliding door to a balcony overlooking the pool and backyard. The master bath offers a tub and shower combo, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen size beds, 27" wall mounted TV’s, personal closets, and ceiling fans. Bedroom 4 features two twin size beds with a ceiling fan and shares a hall bathroom with Bedrooms 2 and 3 that offers dual sinks, separated by a door leading to the shower/tub combo and toilet area.
A small den area on the second floor offers a seating area with ceiling fan and 27” flat screen television.
The great room is perfect for entertaining with a gas fireplace, 55" LCD TV and a leather sectional with ceiling fan with a large sliding glass door leading out to the pool yard. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs off the great room and open to the kitchen which offers 2 barstools for additional seating at the bar. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for those looking to cook a quick or formal meal with stainless steel appliances and great lighting.
The formal living area features a sofa and love seat for additional seating and is open to the formal dining area with additional seating for 8 with large windows facing the back yard for great views. A half bath is located down stairs for guest use.
The outdoors features a large and private yard with pool and spa, large grass area, BBQ, Volleyball Net and lounge chairs to work on your tan. Dine outside at the outdoor dining table for 4.
