This unique “Balinese style” house combines natural elements of air, water, wood and plants to give you the most unforgettable, Caribbean vacation.
This large 5-bedroom house (1,058 m2), which sits on a 2,399-m2 lot, will for sure take your breath away.
The villa rental includes 2 small cars for you to move around in the Puntacana Region. But if you prefer you can exchange one or both cars can be exchanged for golf cart to move around inside the resort. So choose from 2 cars, 1 car and 1 golf cart or 2 golf carts.
Located in the exclusive Cap Cana Resort, just a short 15 min drive from Punta Cana International Airport, it has both indoor/outdoor spaces that you’ll love and feel comfortable in.
The house is fully furnished with authentic, Colonial-style furniture, which is mostly handmade!
As you arrive to the house, walk up the pathway with manicured gardens on both sides, and step into the open-air part of the house.
The center of the house is made for entertaining and has a large, open “palapa” (palm-roof covered terrace) with stunning views of the swimming pool, the garden and hole 15 of the Punta Espada golf course (currently ranked #1 in the Caribbean & Mexico by Golfweek, 2016).
On one side of the house, you’ll find all 5 bedrooms:
• 2 bedrooms with views towards the front of the house AND the ocean (2 queen beds and 1 king bed)
• 1 bedroom with garden / golf course view and walk-out to poolside patio (2 queen beds)
• 1 master suite with garden / golf course view, outdoor Jacuzzi and showers (king bed)
• 1 honeymoon suite on the top level with garden / golf course view and huge bathroom with tub, outdoor shower and a huge balcony (canopy king bed)
All bedrooms have their own bathroom, walk-in closets with electronic safe, flat screen television and DVD player.
On the opposite side of the house, you’ll find the living room with sofa area and large, flat screen television, dining room and kitchen.
The open-air “palapa” is the perfect place to spend the evening sipping cocktails and dining al fresco. Step outside to the swimming pool area and lounge on a comfortable sunbed or play around in the garden. The garden is enclosed, so you have complete privacy to relax and enjoy yourself.
When you’re not at the house, you can enjoy the magnificent Cap Cana Resort, which has probably the best beach in the Dominican Republic, Juanillo Beach, where you can spend the day and have lunch at the beach restaurant. The ocean at Juanillo is usually always super calm…and you’ll instantly fall in love with the mesmerizing color of the ocean!
You can also take a stroll at the marina and look at the million-dollar fishing boats and yachts. Spend the day at Api Beach, located at the marina and have lunch at their beach restaurant.
Come back to the marina in the evening to enjoy a lovely dinner al fresco at Acqua Mare restaurant.
Golfers will be happy to know that they’re practically in the middle of the 3 best golf courses in Punta Cana – Punta Espada (inside Cap Cana), La Cana & Corales (at the neighboring Puntacana Resort & Club).
Whatever strikes your mood, you’ll find that Cap Cana offers lots of different possibilities for daytime activities incl., golf, fishing, beach, zip line, buggies, sailing, horses, eco-trails, lagoons, caves and more.
In the evening, you have plenty of dining options incl., Mediterraneo Restaurant at Eden Roc Cap Cana boutique hotel; restaurants at the new equestrian center, restaurants at the marina, restaurants at Las Canas…or you can just stay in and have an enjoyable evening at home.
