This stunning 7000 sq. ft. 5-bedroom golffront villa with private
pool and Jacuzzi is the perfect place to spend your vacation in the
Dominican Republic ! This is the Caribbean at its very best!
Generally considered to be the most beautiful gated
community in Cap Cana. This completely private luxury home is situated
on a bluff with spectacular views of holes 11 of the Punta Espada golf
and the Caribbean Ocean.
As soon as you arrive to the Beach Club (operated by Eden Roc), you know you have arrived in a true Caribbean Paradise!
As you enter into the villa, the open aired space of the living room,
dining room and kitchen, only covered by the palm leaf roof, welcomes
you to your Caribbean Dream Vacation. This is truly a luxury tropical
home where you feel surrounded by lush nature at all times.
Step out from the living room and onto the open patio with pool &
Jacuzzi, sun beds, sofas, umbrellas, palm trees…and, of course
spectacular views of the golf course.
Amenities include a private maid.
Butler, Chef and additional staff available upon request ($).
The five bedrooms are located in one part of the house. There are two
bedrooms with king beds and three bedrooms with two queen beds in each.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, air-conditioning
and ceiling fan.
The villa is a 3min walk to the ocean and the exclusive Caleton Beach
Club by Eden Roc. The access to the beach club (which is normally only
for guests at the Eden Roc at Cap Cana resort) is included in your stay;
food & beverages are not incl.
The villa is also a few minutes from the Punta Espada Golf Club a
Jack Nicklaus Signature PGA course, which is ranked #1 in the Caribbean
and Mexico by Golfweek Magazine.
Your personal concierge will work with you prior to arrival
to attend to all of your requests and will assist you in planning your
vacation - from the details of transportation and provisioning…and don't
forget the in-house massages, tee times and excursions ($).
