With four bedrooms and spacious living areas, there’s no cabin fever at this cabin. Enjoy home-cooked meals made in your modern kitchen, or relax outside on a private patio in the shade of tall trees.
While your wooded setting may make you feel far from the hustle and bustle, shops and dining are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. And so are the pristine shores of Lake Tahoe, where you can spend your days splashing, paddling, and soaking up the sun at Regan Beach or Lakeview Commons.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Sleep up to eight guests in four bedrooms. All bedrooms have plush new carpeting and windows that provide views of the outdoor greenery. The master bedroom just off the living area offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a TV. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
In the bright living area, a leather sofa and love seat are cozily arranged around the flat-screen TV and an eco-friendly faux fireplace. Adjacent is a dining room that seats eight around an elegant dark wood table with bench seating. A sliding glass door opens onto a patio shaded by pines.
Convenient amenities make staying in this Lake Tahoe vacation rental a breeze: a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a new washer/dryer, a spacious second bathroom with a tub, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
THE LOCATION
A mecca for lakeside fun in the summer and a top ski destination in the winter, South Lake Tahoe has something for everyone all year-round. Don your swimsuit and take a short stroll down to the lake to try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding. Head to breathtaking Emerald Bay and hit the hiking trails, which reward your hard work with lake views that you’ll never forget.
Just a short drive away is Heavenly Mountain Resort, home to some of the area’s best skiing in the winter months. In warmer months, Heavenly becomes a haven for outdoor adventure with a multitude of ropes courses, zip lines, and hiking trails. If Lady Luck’s on your side, head to Harrah’s or Harvey’s where you can go all-in or sit back and catch a show.
Within walking distance of this rental is Lake Tahoe Boulevard, home to several popular and affordable restaurants -- including local favorites like Sprouts Café and Rude Brother’s Bagels.

In response to the City of South Lake Tahoe’s ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #008177. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars (enforced 24 hours/day); over occupancy or additional vehicles will result in City citation/fine without warning. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction. Street parking is not allowed any time of year as this is against local ordinance.
