Here for the skiing? The home is within walking distance to the slopes on the Four O'clock Run, - and you’re just a 3-4 minute drive from both Snowflake Chairlift and Beaver Run Super Chair. In the warmer months, make the most of the outdoors with whitewater rafting, horseback rides and hikes along the region’s mountain trails.
In the mood for a lazy day at home? Sip coffee and catch the sunrise on the south-facing deck, then spend afternoons on the back deck in a bubbling hot tub before firing up the grill for an evening BBQ.
The comforts of your Breckenridge rental also include 2 living rooms with flat screen TVs, an open-concept kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, and 3 cozy bedrooms to snuggle up in after a day of shopping, sightseeing or outdoor adventures.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enjoy meals, drinks and lazy days relaxing between our home’s 2 large decks. A south-facing deck off the living room has a table set that seats 6, while the 2nd deck off the dining room comes with a private hot tub and propane grill.
The light-filled living area is also a fabulous social space, featuring tall vaulted ceilings, double-height windows, comfy chairs and a reclining 3-seat sofa. On chilly evenings, huddle up in front of the fireplace and watch movies on the wall-mounted flat screen. Can’t agree what to watch? There’s another big flat screen TV in a tucked-away living area downstairs, which also includes a sleeper sofa.
An open-concept kitchen comes with all the essentials for dinner, with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. In the mornings, brew coffee and grab a spot at the kitchen counter with seating for 3. When it’s time to sit for dinner, gather around a black dining room table that seats 5.
Sleepy after a day of skiing or sightseeing? Snooze in a queen-size bed in a beautiful master bedroom, featuring a flat screen TV, ensuite and large windows looking out towards Breckenridge. A spacious 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite, while a cozy 3rd bedroom also comes with a queen-size bed to snuggle up in.
Please note: There is no guest access to the garage. There is only 1 parking space available on the driveway.

If you’re here in the warmer months, Breckenridge has plenty to offer outdoor adventurers. Drive 5 minutes to Arkansas Valley Adventures to arrange boating, rafting and horseback rides. Or take a 3-minute drive to Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve and go hiking in a mountainous landscape inhabited by bears, moose, coyotes and bald eagles.
