neighborhood, a quiet residential area located only one-third of a mile
from the base of Peak 8 offering magnificent views and incredible
access. Situated just one mile from downtown, Boulder Ski Retreat
features superb access not only to Peak 8 but to the Breckenridge Nordic
Center and the picturesque Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.

levels including a master king suite, a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms
as well as two bunk bedrooms to perfectly accommodate large groups or
families. With two large living areas as well as a media room and a
landing area in the upper level, there is no lack of gathering space.
The main level living area is ideal for the entire group to make meals
and dine together. When there is more fun to be had, head upstairs for a
game of pool or to the lower level to watch a movie on the flat screen
TV. You can curl up with a book in front of one of the three fireplaces
after a day on the mountain. Recoup on the back deck with a soak in the
private hot tub under a starlit sky.
