Boulder Crest Villa is a 2400 sq. ft. , spacious, three bedroom villa nestled among large boulders and is only a short ten-minute walk from the beach. The villa consists of five roomy pavilions connected by open air stairways. Large sliding glass windows open to lush tropical gardens and 1600 sq. ft of terraces surrounding the villa. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel, the adjacent islands, and the miles of pristine Virgin Gorda beaches stretching from Little Dix Bay to Mountain Point. The villa is designed to exist harmoniously with the natural landscape of Virgin Gorda. Both the inside and outside are comfortably furnished to reflect the island’s laid-back lifestyle and provides a tranquil setting for corporate retreats, family reunions, holidays, other special occasions, or for simply relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. Rental rates are for the exclusive use of the villa, pool, and gardens, regardless of the number of guests.
Boulder Crest Villa is located on the western coast of Virgin Gorda at the base of Gorda Peak approximately 70 feet above sea level and features fabulous scenic views. It’s ideal location offers short (10 minute) walks to the beaches at Long Bay or Nail Bay and is approximately an 1 KM walk or drive to Mountain Trunk Beach. The location also allows for easy access (15 minute drive) to water sports, restaurants and shopping. The coral reefs surrounding Mountain Trunk Beach and Nail Bay are teeming with sea life and arguably offer some of the finest snorkeling experiences around. The slopes of Gorda Peak provide for interesting nature hikes.
Canopies of mature trees around and between the pavilions offer a choice of sun or shade. The expertly landscaped 0.8 acres of grounds include many native species planted among natural stone paths and garden walls. Boulder Crest Villa provides a lush retreat with comfort and serenity for our guests.
The main pavillion features a cathedral ceiling and large sliding glass doors. It holds a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating six and an indoor dining area also seating six. Additionally it holds an expansive and comfortable living area, with an entertainment system. Sink into comfortable island inspired furnishings after an active day in the sun and enjoy panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and adjacent islands..
The large main terrace that wraps around the main pavilion holds a private dipping pool and is decorated with patio umbrellas and chaise lounges as well as a patio table and chairs. The main terrace is ideal for entertaining, sunning and relaxing while enjoying panoramic ocean and hillside views. This is also a favorite location for sharing breakfast outdoors and for enjoying Virgin Gorda's fiery sunsets in the evenings over cocktails and hors d'oevres.
Complete a day of fun activities under the beautiful and airy dining pavilion equipped with a large gas barbeque and a teak dining table that seats up to ten for either outdoor entertaining or romantic private dinners accompanied by the sounds of the ocean and the gentle tropical breezes of the Caribbean Sea.
From the dining pavilion an outdoor staircase leads to the private master bedroom pavilion located among the boulders 15 feet above the main pavillion. The master bedroom pavilion is built around a large existing boulder and features panoramic views, a large natural stone headboard and king bed, ensuite bathroom with dressing area, AC, TV/DVD, phone, intercom, and wireless high speed Internet. Highlights include a romantic, private outdoor shower with a dazzling view of Long Bay, and a private terrace built around a large tree, for cocktails while enjoying the sunset.
The two guest room pavilions are located a few steps above the main terrace and overlook the dipping pool. Each guest bedroom pavillion features private entrance, private bath with nature shower and enchanting ocean and sunset views. Choose between one with a king size bed or one with two twin beds. Each of the guest bedrooms features large ensuite bathrooms with private outdoor showers, AC, TV/DVD, phone, intercom, and wireless high speed Internet. Step out of the guest bedroom doors onto a private terrace surrounded by fragrant tropical gardens.

GETTING THERE
Transfers are included in rates and are available to and from the Virgin Gorda airport or ferry dock.
Hostess will meet guests at Virgin Gorda Ferry Dock or Virgin Gorda Airport and transport to villa. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for Boulder Crest Villa.
There are flights to Virgin Gorda from San Juan or Saint Thomas (Air Sunshine or private charter). Alternatively, there is ferry service to Virgin Gorda from Tortola Beef Island (North Sound Express or private charter). Usual airports for connecting flights to Tortola Beef Island from the US or Europe include San Juan, Saint Martin or Antigua.
