This elegant home is located on 1 1/2 acres of ridge land at Sandy Lane Estate with wonderful ocean views. Immaculately maintained, Bohemia is centrally air-conditioned, consists of 5 bedrooms and boasts an amazing 50 ft 'horizon' swimming pool (depth is 4 feet 9 inches throughout). Top quality fittings and furnishings, all marble floors, entertainment extras include a pool table, piano, 60" TV with DVD, DirectTV, stereo and each bedroom is equipped with a TV, VCR, safe, mini fridge and hair dryer.
