Blue Orchid description
Blue Orchid is truly a beauty which provides privacy as well as luxury on a gorgeous beach. Peace and tranquility may be enjoyed at this superb villa located within lush tropical landscaping. The home epitomizes privacy and elegance.
The beach is simply breathtaking with it's shining white sand and calm gin clear ocean which is wonderful for children. Guests will enjoy taking long walks on the sugar white sand beach and for an added convenience you can arrange for a boat captain to pick you up right from the villa.
Blue Orchid consists of the three bedroom Main Villa and a separate Guest Cottage each with their own private plunge pool.
Within the main house there is an open concept floor plan. Classically furnished, the villa offers elegant interiors that are understated. A neutral color palate with just a few soft color accents combine to provide a very serene and relaxing ambiance that does not detract from the beauty of the beach and the stunning ocean vistas beyond. Within the main house is the European styled kitchen that is well equipped with gleaming granite and a center island and cozy breakfast bar. Additionally, the Main House consists of the living area and dining areas as well. Memorable meals may be enjoyed in the elegant dining area complete with 8 beautifully upholstered white tasteful Parsons chairs set around a rich wood table. Floor to ceiling windows keep the focus of this open concept living area with dramatic vistas.
The bedrooms in the Main House are well furnished and enjoy private terraces. The beds are piled high with the finest of linens. All of the bedrooms feature 33 channel cable TV. The master en-suite offers a stunning soaking tub as well as an inside and outside rainfall shower. It opens to the pool terrace and offers striking ocean views. The other two bedrooms in the main house enjoy garden views and two showers as well (inside and outside). The bathrooms are all luxurious and spa like with their use of natural stone. Please note that all of the bedrooms except the Master Suite enjoy their own private entrances.
The bedroom in the separate cottage is well furnished as well and offers a small kitchenette and the private plunge pool.
The main pool (plunge) of of the Main House is a beautiful private pool with a well furnished deck and an attached gazebo which provides shade and is an ideal spot to lounge and read. Swaying palms rustle in the background with the soft sounds of the sea.
Meals may be prepared on the outdoor gas grill and alfresco dining enjoyed overlooking the ocean.

This construction discount is a great way to capture savings at this lovely luxury villa, but there will almost certainly be some level of noise from the neighboring work. Please check with your villa specialist for status.
**Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $300 per week in usage in the main villa and the first $100 per week per usage in the guest cottage. Usage beyond these amounts are charged at cost.
Villa Blue Orchid gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
