BEACH RETREAT is located inside the private beachside community of Gulf Pines, near Destin, Florida with private beach access and fresh water fishing in the neighborhood lake. When you first enter this 4 bedroom/3 bath home, you are greeted with high ceilings and arched doorways that give way to a roomy feel. Off the foyer is a large sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and the beautiful dining room. Continuing through, the spacious living and family area provides an abundance of windows for ample natural light and a view of the private pool area. Here you can relax and enjoy comfortable furnishings including a sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper sofa for two and a large flat-panel television.
The casual eat-in kitchen shares a view of the pool as well, with seating for four at the table and two at the bar. Off the kitchen, the formal dining room has seating for six with oversized dining chairs that will have your guests comfortably sharing stories of the day for hours. The sizable Master bedroom has a king-size bed, and offers access to the pool area through French doors. The private attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, over-sized shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Across the living area are three more bedrooms. Two with queen-size beds while the third is outfitted with two sets of twin bunk beds and a flat panel television on the wall. The children will enjoy nightly sleepovers and entertainment in their own private nook.. The bathrooms have tub/shower combinations that are extra deep so you can bathe all the little ones at once, or simply soak and embrace the feel of being on vacation. Outside, the pool deck is large and the area provides both sun and shade with both the lush tropical landscape and the harbor-covered eating area. At this time, the pool cannot be heated. The large stainless grill provides added cooking options when hauling in your local catch! Gulf Pines is conveniently located in the heart of the shopping, dining and entertainment districts of Sandestin and Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall. Come.
