Designed by an architect, the Ballard Cottage incorporates a sunny living area with flat-screen TV, kitchen and breakfast nook, and serene sleeping space into less than 500 square feet! Thoroughly charming with brightly colored walls and whimsical decor, this tiny home lives large. Set among mature trees, you will love the privacy of the patio and spacious yard. Brazilian cherry floors, granite tile, and a clawfoot tub make this Ballard home feel luxurious.
Ballard cottage is a quick drive or a leisurely walk into the heart of Ballard, one of Seattle's best urban neighborhoods. Stroll down to Old Ballard Avenue on Sunday for the outdoor Farmer’s Market or walk to the Ballard Locks and watch the salmon swim and the boats sail in and out of Lake Union. Head a little further west to Ray’s Boathouse and relax at Golden Gardens Park, one of the best beaches in Seattle. Along the way you will find an abundance of great shopping, dining, music, and local flavor. A portable A/C unit has been permanently installed in the Ballard Cottage! The Cottage is conveniently located northwest of downtown Seattle, it is easy to get downtown via car or public transportation, and to other unique neighborhoods like Fremont, Greenlake, Woodland Park Zoo, and South Lake Union.
Every vacation home managed by Sea to Sky Rentals provides a starter supply of all the necessities! A flat screen television with expanded cable, Blu-Ray DVD player, local telephone service and wireless internet access provide everything you need for work and play! Plenty of convenient, on-street parking is available on NW 67th Street.
Please note that major holidays require a 4 or 5 night minimum, depending on the holiday.
