Babylon Reef is a newly renovated 3BR oceanfront villa with large pool
located directly on the one of the best shallow snorkeling sites on the
entire island. Protected by a coral reef, there are rarely any currents
or waves to contend with and children can play in the shallows all day.
With an empty lot on each side, Babylon Reef is quite private. The
natural beach here is very private and can be both sandy and pebbly
depending on time of year. There are two large resorts with
water-sports, manicured sandy beaches and oceanfront bars/restaurants
just 10 minutes drive east.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; accommodating a large
family or two smaller families. Cute Caribbean architecture on the
outside and contemporary open-floorplan design on the inside lend a
great Island Feel. Private, well landscaped lot includes zoysia grass
lawn in front (soft on feet) and a large sandy backyard around the pool
as well as a white picket fence. Plenty of off-street parking in
addition to the oceanfront pool, oceanfront sun porch, kayaks, palm
trees and hammock on the ocean. The large oceanfront sun porch sliding
glass doors can be opened to permit the breeze to flow through on days
when A/C is not necessary. The ocean views are stunning as soon as you
walk through the front door.
Owner
offers "cornhole" game on beach, outdoor dining table under the palms,
outdoor shower (hot and cold water). The owner even has an electric car
charging station for when electric cars become more popular on island! Central
A/C, free WiFi internet, kayaks, television(s) with satellite, Apple TV
and a bluetooth speaker to pair with your devices. Full kitchen with
range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer/fridge and many small
appliances.
(1) Ground Floor-King Suite; (1) Second Floor-Queen Bedroom; (1) Second
Floor-Twin Bedroom with 2 twins. Queen and Twin bedrooms share a large
bathroom. Powder room (bright yellow tile) on first floor. Accommodates
up to 6 people (6 adults max.); Excellent family or 2-couple villa and
twins can be made up as a king bed for a 3rd couple.
