Aventura description
Aventura is located in the private community of Roc Flamands. This two storey villa has full privacy as it was the last villa constructed in the community. The villa gets an exceptional view on the bay of Flamands, the ocean and the islands of Saint Martin and Anguilla on the horizon, being the last villa of the lot. This villa; recently renovated, offers large terraces, a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi that opens onto the turquoise blue sea and the beach of Flamands.
The large living room opens onto terraces with a view of the ocean. The bedrooms look onto a terrace or garden. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean. The pool, heated Jacuzzi and large deck overlook the ocean. Seeing the sunrise seated in the Jacuzzi is a great moment!
