This is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath Florida cottage-style private home located in the prestigious community of Frangista Beach. The beach is just a short walk away so be prepared to arrive and throw on your flip-flops and bathing suit! The home features 3 spacious porches where you can relax with family and friends and take in the gorgeous Florida weather. Aquaholic is one block from the private access to the sugar sand beach, and is directly across the street from the Frangista Beach community pool, complete with a bathhouse (codes provided to Aquaholic guests for both beach access and pool access). Community pool is also heated during some of the cooler months for your convenience.
Upon entering this two-story cottage, you will find new floors, 11-foot ceilings and beautiful furnishings. Enjoy an open living and dining area on the first floor, along with a gourmet kitchen. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations if needed. Enjoy the large flat-screen HDTV with Blu-ray player and Roku (with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc.) for movie nights with the family. Two queen bedrooms with private baths are conveniently located on the first floor, along with a laundry room. The second floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private master bath with walk-in shower and vanity with double sinks. The master bedroom also has a screened-in porch with a six-person conversation grouping so you can enjoy a glass of wine with friends or your morning coffee (complimentary Keurig brewer with a sample of K-cups provided at check-in). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, DVD players and cable TV service.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of homes where families come to vacation, and spans approximately four blocks. This home is within walking distance to many local favorite beachfront restaurants including Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Whale’s Tail. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east, and across the street from that you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. You are just a few minutes from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna's Water Park, HarborWalk Village, 30A and Seaside events, championship golf courses, and adult nightlife. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return here year after year.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included March 1 through October 31.
Please note that this property can accommodate up to three vehicles. Please understand that all vehicles must fit on the paved drive. There is no street or yard parking allowed. The neighborhood is patrolled regularly, and your car may be towed without further warning if your car is not in the driveway. Thanks for your cooperation.
