The beachfront residences at Jivana Villas will provide you and your
guests with luxurious accommodation in a relaxed and exotic beachfront
location. This newly developed estate sits on one of Thailand’s most
beautiful beaches, boasting a fine array of properties that combine
understated styling with all the modern conveniences and facilities that
you would only expect from a five star resort. Sunsets are a very
special time at Ananda with gorgeous burnt orange and purple colors
protruding from the twilight skies. This property is laid out with three
individual pavilions, each with pool and ocean views and designed with
an overall contemporary Thai style. A fourth pavilion hosts the kitchen,
children’s residence and staff quarters.
Careful planning of the layout of Ananda ensures you can immerse
yourself in the glorious natural surroundings. More than 80 meters of
total beachfront and manicured tropical gardens provide a multitude of
places to stretch out and relax, so you can enjoy both the sun’s rays
and the gentle sea breezes while chilling-out in the shade of a coconut
tree. On either side of the courtyard is the family room, complete with a
flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and surround system, a library and game
table.
The extremely large and well-equipped kitchen is designed to be a
creative space for cooking up delights for a small dinner party or
catering for a formal event. One of the best things about your vacation
here is that the services of a local Thai Chef are included, so all you
have to do is sit down and enjoy the banquet.
The great room sits in between two other pavilions, one of which
hosts four double bedrooms, the other a master-suite and office, both
with garden baths. From all the terraces, guests look out onto the
expansive lawn and coconut grove. Each bedroom is served by an en-suite
bathroom with an outdoor garden. The owners have decided not to install
TVs in the bedrooms, in favor of tranquility.
There are two golf courses and two renowned spas nearby so you can be
as active or chilled out as you like when you leave the villa. Phuket
International Airport is a mere 25 minute drive away so your vacation
can begin in earnest after you touch down on Thai soil.

VILLA POLICIES

- Infants under 24months must be registered but are not counted as paying guests

- Easter and Chinese New Year bookings require a minimum stay of 7 nights
- Christmas or New Year bookings require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
For bookings overlapping Christmas and New Year, a minimum of 10 nights
is required - Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above

Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late checkout till 12noon on request is available if we have no
incoming guest on that day this is provided as a free service, we will
only confirm this the day prior to your departure - If you require a guaranteed late check out until 6pm, the fee for
this is service is 50% of daily rate++, this fee is applicable if booked
before your arrival date or during your dates of stay - if you require a guaranteed late check out after 6pm, the fee for
this service is charged at full daily rate ++, this fee is applicable if
booked before your arrival date or during your dates of stay - All early check-ins are at no extra cost, upon availability
