This Classic 4 bedroom, 3 bath 1923 Citron House with a Jacuzzi is a perfect place to call home while you are in Anaheim. It’s close to all the action, but far enough away to give you a peaceful vacation you will never forget. How about being able to come home after a long day at Disneyland to relax and enjoy a perfect view of Disneyland fireworks from your private hot tub?
This completely remodeled home about 1 mile from Disneyland and the Convention Center, and within walking distance of downtown Anaheim’s new trendy shops and restaurants, still has it’s historic feel because most of the windows and flooring are original. Modern Comfort. Classic Ambiance.
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
The wonderful Jacuzzi to relax in after a long day of Disneyland or exploring Anaheim.
The large kitchen and dining areas – great places to share family dinners and conversations.
Garage converted into a game room with a PS3, Air Hockey and Ping Pong - very “kid-friendly”. It also has a large back yard.
It’s a $5 Uber ride to the front gate of Disneyland. You just walk right in - so easy!
The large living area with a flat screen television and fireplace makes it the perfect spot to relax after a long day at Disneyland or the beach. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is a cook's dream with a large professional stove. Eat at the breakfast bar or sit down at the large dining room table.
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms give you plenty of room and sleeping options.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, a flat screen TV, access to an outdoor patio, and a ¾ en suite bath.
Three additional bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The 1st guest bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a futon in this bedroom.
The 3rd guest bedroom has a single daybed with a single trundle and the 4th guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. All beds and baths throughout the home are furnished with luxury linen for your ultimate comfort.
A game room rounds out this home and is sure to be a hit for all ages, maybe even the adults too. The backyard has an oversize hot tub, as well as a barbecue and an al fresco dining area.
When you visit Southern California you can’t leave without a trip to the beach. Beach towels, boogie boards, and even a surfboard are available for you to enjoy. And you are so close to lots of other Southern California attractions as well as water sports and excursions too! We are pleased to be able to offer this ideal vacation sanctuary for you, your family and/or friends to be a wonderful “home base”. Here’s to priceless memories too!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
