THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
The pool, Jacuzzi, and covered patio in the backyard allow adults to relax under the shade on the outdoor couches, while the kids swim in the pool.
The Disneyland fireworks can be seen from the front yard at night – so easy.
It is a $5 Uber ride to the front gate of Disneyland - you just walk right in, no parking issues – hooray!
This home was recently remodeled so you get to enjoy a delightful single family 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that is super accommodating and comfortable, both indoors and out.
Large sofas in the living room allow you to relax while enjoying the large LED television, and the fireplace. Large windows let the light in and hard wood floors make it feel warm and inviting too.
The dining room, which seats up to 8 on a beautiful wooden table, is right next to a fully equipped modern kitchen that has all you need to create nutritious meals for everyone. You may also enjoy an al fresco meal on the covered patio, which has a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table for 6.
The master suite has a King bed, a large flat screen TV, and outside access, as well as an en suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, each is equipped with a twin bed on top, a full bed on bottom and a twin trundle underneath, allowing the room to sleep 6 comfortably. All beds and baths are furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort.
The covered patio is outdoor living at its best, with beautiful travertine flooring, this is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or have a cool drink while the kids play in the pool. There is a barbecue so al fresco dining is a breeze!
