A wonderful 2-storey villa located in the centre of Praiano.
2 double bedrooms, 1 living room with double divan bed, 2 bathrooms, 1
kitchen, air conditioning, 2 wide terraces with sea view (looking
south), garden, swimming pool
Its position allows our guests to enjoy a view over Positano, only 4 km away.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and is therefore
ideal for everyone looking for a relaxing holiday on the Amalfi coast.
Built in the 17th century and once residence of the painter Bernardo
Della Lama, the villa still shows his valuable works: the facade and
the rooms are decorated with frescoes and paintings, while on the
ceilings and on the entrance gate the family coat of arms is still
visible.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom boasting a
Jacuzzi tub and a hairdryer, a frescoed living room with double sofa
bed, dining table for up to six people, satellite TV, kitchen equipped
with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven.
You can also enjoy your meals outside thanks to the terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs.
On the first floor you will find a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom, from which you can access the terrace.
Moreover you can also have a swim in the pool, open from May till
October; the pool area is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
Close to the villa there is the bus stop and a grocery shop.
It is the excellent choice for tourists who would like to combine the
luxury of a villa on the Amalfi coast and the artistic offer of the
surrounding area.
