Alizee - TNC description
Alizee is luxurious, very private and gorgeous for those desiring the ultimate in privacy. It's 1.9 acre private property offers spectacular turquoise water views from almost every direction. Alizee sits on a bluff facing the famed Sunset Bay sunsets everyday and views over your private 230'beach, and amazing views of Chalk Sound National Park with its sparkling water. There is a private pool and terrace area, a gazebo for al fresco dining, a private walk down to another lovely beach deck with views over the sound, a fresh water beach shower, additional loungers, and a private walk to the soft white sands. The water at Alizee is a sparkling turquoise, and you can wade for hundreds of feet out into the sound.
Well appointed, each of the living areas offers intimate views of the sound, the dining room opens onto an upper terrace deck with an outdoor awning covered breakfast area, the living room has views of Chalk Sound and Sunset Bay, the bar room, kitchen and side large sitting room all share views of the sound.
This Villa features Four bedrooms. In addition to a screened sitting and dining area, there is a formal living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Alizee is equipped with all major appliances. The large pool is surrounded by a grand terrace and a covered gazebo, perfect for sun or shade bathing. The bed configuration is three kings and one set of twins that can be converted into a king. The Villa is comprised of one main building that has the Master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, the two King Pods are located on both ends of the pool and an optional 5th guest house bedroom, easily accommodating 10 adults.
