Sonoma Plaza shops, restaurants, and galleries are just two miles away, and more than twenty wineries are within a 10-minute drive.
ABOUT THE HOME
Spend your days in the sun at this charming two-story Sonoma home, featuring a gated front yard with beautiful English gardens.
Spend quality time with your group on the private bocce court, or cruise around the neighborhood on the four bikes provided. Then light the gas grill and come together for an open-air barbecue. The covered carport with string lights doubles as a second al fresco dining space.
Hardwood flooring flows throughout the open-concept living area. Kick back to watch the 32” flat screen TV, or sit and chat on the sofa and armchairs with seating for five.
When it’s time to eat, craft favorite recipes in the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. Sip coffee at a breakfast bar for three, and gather for full meals at the dining table set for six.
Sleep six comfortably in three guest bedrooms, including a king-size master suite on the second floor. The master boasts its own sunny sitting area with 32” flat screen TV and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination.
On the first floor, the second bedroom with two twin beds and the third bedroom with one queen bed share a guest bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, four bicycles, and parking for two cars in the driveway (parked in tandem). For your convenience, the home is also equipped with a Pack `N Play, an iron, and an ironing board.
