With both sides of the duplex put together, there’s room to sleep up to eight guests and plenty of open living space—and you’ll love the unique pull-up door in one of the living areas that opens to a furnished patio for indoor/outdoor living.
With this rental, you’ll get two full kitchens, four bedrooms, three baths and a shared laundry space and patio. Each duplex has its own entrance with a unique lock code.
Stroll a half mile down to Abbot Kinney Boulevard, where unique dining experiences await.
ABOUT DUPLEX #1
On the ground floor of the first duplex, you’ll find a generous living area with a sofa and two chairs, where up to eight can gather to enjoy a movie on the 55” wall-mounted flat screen TV. Here, the pull-up wall brings sea breezes in and extends the living space outside.
A modern dining area anchors the room and seats six, and the sleek kitchen features deluxe appliances, including a dishwasher, double sink, and six-burner gas range.
The 2nd floor master bedroom has a king bed. Frosted-glass sliding doors separate the suite from the rest of the home for privacy. Its en-suite bath has a walk-in shower with tile floors.
Upstairs in the loft-style second floor, the guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Plus sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
Amenities include a whirlpool tub in the guest bath, two bikes, Wi-Fi, a shared washer/dryer, and parking spots for two vehicles.
ABOUT DUPLEX #2
From a shaded courtyard, French doors open into a newly decorated open-concept living and dining area with hardwood floors.
A galley kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and cupboards are well-stocked with cookware. The dining table seats four.
In the evenings, relax on the generous couch and watch the 40” TV with sound bar and sub-woofer.
Both bedrooms have full size sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The home sleeps four, but if you’re on a business trip, you can use the second bedroom as a home office—there’s a desk and chair, as well.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
This home also has access to the shared, full laundry room.
If you bring your own cables, you may charge your electric car.
The house next door is under final stages of construction so there may be noise during the day.

You are 1.4 miles from the beach and near all the corporate headquarters, making this an ideal property for vacationers and business travelers alike.
Venice is the “Coney Island of the Pacific,” with an amusement park, miniature railroad, and Public Art Walls to admire.
