Overlooking Long Pond, this stunning home features a private beach and dock. Spend a fun-filled day on the water before returning home to relax in the large backyard with a patio, outdoor kitchen, and firepit.
LIVING AREAS
Spend quality time together in the game room on the lower floor with a pool table, foosball table, and pinball machine. Stretch out on the sofa to watch the 50” TV.
The main living room on the first floor offers two sofas, plush armchairs, and a 46” TV with surround sound. Take in gorgeous views from the bay windows, play shuffleboard, or grab a book from the shelves and unwind by the fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
In the well-equipped kitchen, a center island provides ample space for preparing meals. High-end finishes include granite countertops, a five-burner stainless steel gas range, and a French-door fridge.
Gather for family dinners at the long wooden table set for eight and enjoy dining amid the ambiance of the crackling fireplace.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This 2,328 square-foot home sleeps 10 guests total in five bedrooms: one on the first floor and four on the second floor.
The first-floor bedroom provides a king-size bed, an office area, and a tube TV. A guest bathroom around the corner is outfitted with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the spacious master includes a king bed, a fireplace, and a cozy sitting nook overlooking Long Pond. The en-suite bathroom has a marble vanity and a walk-in shower.
Perfect for kids, an additional bedroom features a full-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat screen TV, while another bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Guests in these rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
One more bedroom offers a charming four-poster king bed, a large closet with vintage-style barn doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This waterfront home includes easy access to a private beach and a forty-foot dock on Long Pond -- named one of New England’s best lakes by Boston Magazine. Bring your boat and enjoy tubing, water skiing, and swimming -- a public launch is close by!
After a day on the water, walk home and rinse off in one of two outdoor showers. Then relax with a cold drink on the inviting brick patio with stunning lake views.
As evening falls, whip up a tasty meal in the outdoor kitchen, complete with a stainless steel sink and gas grill. After dinner, head to the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars.
