Welcome to Seaview Sanctuary!
You couldn’t ask for a more idyllic vacation retreat than this classic Southern California beach home. Perched in a quiet residential area of Solana Beach, this four bedroom, two bath home features an expansive private deck with comfortable outdoor living space and unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
Flooded with natural light, this single level home has been recently remodeled and professionally decorated and offers new furnishings, comforts, and conveniences throughout. Upon entry to your vacation destination, your eyes are immediately drawn to the shimmering blues of the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile the great room combines living and dining areas so that daily activities can be accomplished in a space that takes full advantage of the captivating views of the ocean. Guests can relax on the plush designer couch while watching a 60” flatscreen TV or simply taking in the ocean views. Open the sliding doors and step onto the expansive deck featuring fine outdoor furniture, a fire pit, chaise lounges, patio table seating for eight, and a standing hammock. At sunset, fire up the grill, ignite the fire pit- join at the patio table and enjoy your version of outdoor living at its finest.
The bedrooms have been designed and furnished to offer guests maximum comfort. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, 42” flatscreen TV and a private bathroom with tub and shower. A skylight in the second bedroom provides natural light, a king bed and then a gas fireplace to create a relaxing mood for guests. The third bedroom features a queen bed and 42” flatscreen TV with soothing tree top views. Our fourth bedroom features a king bed taking advantage of an ocean view, 42” TV and glass doors that lead onto the deck, where a hammock awaits an early morning beverage or provides a good place to lie down and relax to ocean views and sounds..or read your favorite book!
All rooms are furnished with resort linens and bedding for maximum comfort.
Take a short scenic drive to the Pacific Coast Highway to enjoy beach community lifestyle’s and remember to stop by the Cedros Design District that consists of more than 85 art galleries, import and antique stores, boutiques and cafes, The Famous Belly Up Tavern, bars and restaurants.
Additional amenities include washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, and 2 car garage.
