Large dining room seats up to 12, but the kitchen table could be added at end of dining table to accommodate 14. Formal living room with plenty of seating for your group. Pile into the Adirondack room with wood paneling and a coffered ceiling for movie night on the flat screen, choosing from a large array from our collection. The game room awaits your foosball and/or backgammon expertise or cards and board games. Windows abound of mountain views and huge trees. The dead end road provides much quiet for your relaxation. A fantastic place for a group who would like to remain together, in peace and quiet and hear the birds chirping in the morning, with plenty of room inside and outside to play and relax together, still only 3 miles into the village with all your necessities met, including public beach access to the beautiful Great Sacandaga Lake.  

Rainy days become fun in this large home. Sit on one of the porches and catch up with some reading while listening to the rain fall on the copper roof. Still feel that your outside when you open the barn doors and enjoy a meal at the picnic table under the chandelier. On sunny days, you can peruse the 54 acres of beautiful nature walk at your leisure.  

The village is one road 3 miles into town from our dead end road. Enjoy grocery, restaurants, bars, and shops all just 3 miles into town, while still feeling you're in your great country escape. The beaches are equally this easy drive, on The Great Sacandaga Lake. We can help you with arrangements for docking your boat on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Set out on any of the beautiful trails for your hiking pleasure. Enjoy the dining in town or use our lovely white dishes and cookware for your meals in this home made for entertaining. We'll even set you up with fresh organic vegetables delivered to your door from our local farmers.  

The bedroom on the first floor is nice for those who can't easily climb the stairs, with a half bath. The 2 full baths are on the second floor. 3 of the bedrooms are full beds. The very large bedroom has a King & Queen. The other 2 rooms each have two twin beds. No cots or pull-outs needed.  

Saratoga is an easy 40 minute drive through lovely small town roads. Lake George is a beautiful drive 45 minutes away. Gore Mountain is another great drive, 1 hour away. New York city or Boston is a 3.5 hour drive, or a train ride into Saratoga, Amsterdam, or Albany. Albany is the nearest airport with a 1 hour drive to the house. Free wi-fi. Verizon cell phones seem to have decent reception. Bedding, towels, kitchenware included. New washer and dryer for your needs.
