The house has internet, direct TV, Apple TV and is wired with sonos inside and out. The pool is 18 x 50 and has another grill so you never have to leave.
The neighbors across the street have two young children and a farm with cows, pigs, goats, ducks, chickens (fresh eggs for sale) and
ducks and are happy to have visitors. Also has a veggie garden that you can eat out of.
There is lots to do in town: movie theater, restaurants, bars, local brewery, liquor store, grocery, etc all 3 miles away. This house is 35 min to Tangleswood and Lennox, 20 minutes to Great Barrington, MA and antiquing and great restaurants in Hudson NY. You can take the Amtrak train to Hudson (2hr). It is also 30 min from the Albany airport.
